In 5 years
I expect to be settled in a company, and in the starting steps of having a little family of my own.
I will have gathered a lot of experience within said company, and would be looking inward or elsewhere for better prospects.
A few places i would love to work:
The first three for obvious reasons, mostly money. Digital Extremes, and FromSoftWare; because I've really enjoyed their games, and they seem to have a "games need to be fun first" attitude.
During which I hope to have developed skills in:
- Further Web Development
- App Development
- Software Engineering
- Project Management
- UI/UX Design
- Game Development
I will have pushed to find a position I could work from home.
Easing up my time constraints, for free time and allowing me to be around if I am needed for the hypothetical children.
With those skills I would have started to put together a game I have been dreaming up for a while now, maybe a dungeon crawler or such.
I expect to have a nice home, with a big yard for the kids and dogs to run around in.
Large will be my library, full of some strange and awesome comics and books.
I will have a backyard pool with rocky rim, a waterfall on one side, and a hot tub in a corner.
Another thing would be that I would have used my skills and free time to learn the process of cloning.
Molly may have passed by then, so I would have made a secret laboratory underneath my home for my research and testing.
There, the first MollyV2 will be born, in the cloning chambers I engineered myself with all my free time from working from home...
I also learned engineering in my free time; and with all these pieces in place I will start my plans for total cul-de-sac domination!
